To ensure your experience with us remains seamless and fair, we’ve outlined our Return Policy below. We encourage you to review it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- The product is defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product tag is intact and unbroken.
- The return includes original packaging, invoice, certifications, and warranty card.
- You provide clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We aim to process returns swiftly and fairly. Kindly ensure that all the above criteria are fulfilled to avoid any delays or rejections.
2. No Returns for the Following Reasons
Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Change of mind or personal preferences.

Size-related issues, unless the error is on DEEMI’s part.

Customized or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Exchange or Credit Note Only
For returns that are approved under our policy:
- You may opt for a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to availability
OR - A credit note equivalent to the product value (excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping charges)
❗ Please note: We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
Credit notes are:
- Valid for one year from the date of issue
- Non-transferable
- Redeemable only on future purchases at www.deemiindia.com
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order:

2. Provide the following details:
o Your order number
o Clear photos or videos showing the issue
o A brief description of the reason for the return
3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
o The item must be securely packaged with the original box, invoice, certificates, warranty card, and tags intact.
Please Note: Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined may be declined.
5. Return Shipping
- If DEEMI arranges the return pickup, a logistics fee (at actuals) may apply. This fee will be deducted from the value of your credit note.
- If you choose to self-ship, please use a reliable, trackable courier service. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Please Note: DEEMI is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return transit if the shipment is not arranged by us.
6. Final Inspection & Credit Note Issuance
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify compliance with our return conditions.
- If all criteria are met — including the product tag being intact — your credit note will be credited within 7-10 days, and replacement/exchanged products will be delivered within 7-10 days.
You will be notified via email once the return has been approved and the credit note issued or the replacement dispatched.
7. Important Notes
- Returns will be rejected if they are submitted without original documentation, have broken product tags, or show signs of use or damage.
- DEEMI reserves the right to decline any return that does not fully comply with our return policy conditions.
- We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at our discretion, without prior notice.
